Dog Safety
Amanda and her dog
visited to talk with us about dog safety.
We learnt: to
stand like a tree if a dog is chasing us.
to duck down into a ball if an angry dog is near and stay
like that until the
dog goes away.
To always ask the owner before you pat a dog.
To hold our a fist and let the dog smell you
before you pat it.
Pat a dog under its chin or on its chest but not on its head.
